Description: 2022.01.31. 00:00 CET-2022.03.31. In the period between 24:00 CET, 562 pcs for use in electricity competition market, under a full-charge contract, without the obligation of march 1 988 000 kWh (1.988 GWh), from which a contracting authority may differ from + -5% for the contract period ( quantitative tolerance).
The contracting authority may differ from the total quantity to + -5% by the KBT. Under Article 58 (1).
Contracting authority may not enforce a penalty, surcharge and / or other sanctions. The successful tenderer undertakes to handle the quantity specified in this public procurement procedure and the amount of + -5% beyond the base amount.
