Hungarian Energy and Utility Regulatory Authority 1054 Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut 52-Vadasz utca 23-25. (hereinafter referred to as the office building) to perform its cleaning tasks detailed in the technical description.
Purchase of cleaning service 2025 II.
To the winning bidder You need to perform daily, monthly, quarterly and half -year cleaning tasks, as detailed in the attached technical content. The winning bidder can also be ordered by ad hoc cleaning tasks (eg graffiti removal, ad hoc disinfectant cleaning), the amount specified in the contract (net $ 10,000,000). The office building is ground floor + 6 floors (5.533 m2 office, meeting room, corridor; 2.172 m2 accessory and serving rooms and squares), 2 cellars (of which 2.313 m2 garage, 493 m2 warehouse, technology space) and external areas related to the building (307 m2 Pavement, atrium, car exits). The total area of the office building is 10511 m2, of which the daily cleaning area is 9031.5 m2.
