Description:
Framework sales contract for 11 types of products, planned procurement of 5,340 balloons and balloon catheters for three years for Semmelweis University in 11 parts. (II.16.) Government Decree 6. to paragraph (2) of § (The objective reason for the extent of the call-out obligation is that, even during elective (planable) interventions, and in acute on-call care, the Client cannot know exactly what types of interventions and which physical-anatomical characteristics he is orderingwill take place on treating patients during the duration of the contract.)
For all parts:
The successful Bidder undertakes that the duration of the guaranteed sterility of each device is at least 12 months from the date of manufacture, and at least 6 months from the date of delivery. Devices with expired sterility must be disposed of in the nyertes The Bidder is obliged to transport and replace it free of charge.
With respect to all parts, the Bidder requests to secure the products by placing them in a consignment warehouse.lt at the place of delivery, in accordance with the prior agreement with the AK representative.
