1. part - Hydrofilm artificial lens:
- Foldable single-body hydrophilic acrylate aspherical microincision artificial lens: 300 pcs/year
- Ophthalmic disposable sterile cataract surgery set 300 pcs/year
- Viscoelastic material: 200 pcs/year
2. part - Hydrophobic artificial lens:
- Hydrophobic acrylate-based, aspheric single-body lens: 400 pcs/year
- Na-hyaluronate viscoelastic material 200 pcs/year
- Ophthalmic disposable sterile catdefinition of aracta surgical set 400 pieces/year
3. Pre-filled artificial lens:
- Pre-filled artificial lens 50 pcs/year
Total 1,850 pcs/year. After the delivery of the artificial lenses, the bidder is obliged to secure the goods warehouse during the performance period. The bidder reserves 50% option quantityfor all items during the duration of the contract.
