- CXVI of 1996 on nuclear energy. law (the so-called nuclear law), according to its provisions, the disposal of radioactive waste, the temporary storage of spent fuel, the closure of the nuclear fuel cycle, and the decommissioning of nuclear facilities are carried out by a body appointed by the Government. 199On June 8, 2008, the Radioactive Waste Management Nonprofit Company was founded, which on January 7, 2008 became Radioactive Waste Management Nonprofit Kft. (Radioaktiv Hulladekokat Kezelล Kft.) application of nuclear energyfinal disposal of radioactive waste, temporary storage of spent fuel, closure of the nuclear fuel cycle, and decommissioning of nuclear facilities.
To fulfill the tasks specified in the Atomic Energy Act, it is necessary to purchase and put into operation the new radiation gatesplacement.
1. part: During the performance of the contract, the documentation specified in the technical content must be prepared.
The liberation study required for their qualification must be prepared for the gates in the Burned Cartridges Transitional Storage (KKAT). Data must be provided to the authoritiesfor the documentation establishing the lease. In possession of the necessary permits, the gates must be put into operation at the factory, and the new beam gates must be delivered.
