- Establishment of a dynamic procurement system (DBR) with the subject of electricity for AK. The planned amount (basic amount) for the total duration of DBR is 24 000 000 kWh Kbt. 58 (1) quantitative difference: above the contracted quantity 20%of the total: 4,800 000 kWh The actual amount of purchase is given in the bidding phase (s) for the period of the bid. AK does not commit to draws under the DBR. AK has a commitment only to initiate the bidding section (s) generates. Ak the kbt. No categories referred to in Article 106 para.
