- The energetic investments of the Pecs University's Ifjusag ut premises are divided into 3 bidding parts as follows:
1st bidding part: Energy modernization of BTK "B" building
2nd bidding part: Energetic modernization of BTK "D" building
3rd bidding part: TTK technology wing energy modernization
BTEnergy modernization of K "B" building:
- Replacement of 29 doors and windows
- Subsequent facade and roof insulation: 2384 m2
- Rainwater insulation: 1231 m2
- Installation of thermostatic radiator valves: 323
Energy modernization of BTK "D" building:
- Replacement of 14 doors and windows
- Retrofit facadeand roof insulation: 2871 m2
- Insulation against rainwater: 1008 m2
Energy modernization of the TTK technology wing:
- Subsequent facade insulation: 117 m2

The subjectThe 1st part of the tender of the public procurement procedure of the University of Pecs is aimed at the energy modernization of the "B" building of the Faculty of Arts located at the site of the University of Pecs in Ifjusag ut, according to the task description and requirements detailed below.
The aim of the renovation is to improve the energetic quality of the buildingwhich is provided by the recommendations of the completed energy certificate.
I. Subsequent facade and roof insulation:
Thermal insulation of the facades - 15 cm XPS 300 WB in the general plinth zone, 15 cm EPS H-80 on the general facade and 15 cm stone wool insulation at a height of 30 cm above the shutters.
