Energetic modernization of the PTE Traumatologia Centrum
PTE Traumatologia Centrum energ. modernization
The material public procurement procedure is aimed at the energetic modernization of the Traumatology Center of the University of Pecs, according to the task description and requirements detailed below.
His planThe purpose of this renovation is to improve the energy quality of the building.
The implementation must be carried out in a functioning health care facility, with the aim of disrupting patient care as little as possible.
I. Architectural works.
The building complex consists of two wings (east and west) and in Pecs, Akac utca 1. slocated at the PTE premises in The two wings have a total floor area of 9,156 square meters. (Basement, ground floor first and second floor). The planned renovation, primarily for energy purposes, affects both wings of the building. In the case of the west wing, replacement of doors and windows (108 pcs), facades heat islandfront, as well as thermal and waterproofing of flat roofs (1200 sq.m.) planned.
The western wing of the building will have roof insulation, the amount of which is 1639.2 sq m, which is waterproofing and thermal insulation together.
The facade thermal insulation of the western wing is 1852.33 sq m.
The eastern wingati's thermal insulation is 1,506.8 sq.m.
In the east wing, the thermal insulation of the facade and the replacement of the glazing of the marked doors and windows (290nm) are planned.
