Description:
The subject of the procurement is the performance of cleaning tasks at the following locations in certain institutions maintained by the Vaci Education Center, according to the following main quantities:
Performance locations:
- Patakpart Primary School (Budakalasz, Klisovac utca 15. total floor area: 4853sqm);
- SzentistvAntelepi Primary School (Budakalasz, Martinovics utca 9. total floor area: 2397 sqm);
- Vaci Arpad Fejedelem Primary School (Vac, Bathori utca 17-19.) total floor area: 2488 sqm).
Service areas: classrooms, offices, library, stairwells , corridors, restrooms, gymnasiums
Services: performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks from Monday to Friday
Description of daily services according to type of work:
-daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, stairs, corridors, libraries and the gymnasium, mopping and drying floor surfaces, carpetingvacuuming and dust removal of surfaces;
- cleaning the reception, offices, teacher's room, director's and secretarial rooms twice a week;
- daily professional cleaning of communal spaces used by students, disinfection where necessary;
- washing blackboards;
- ventilation;
-radiators, vildusting of light switches;
-emptying waste bins in classrooms, changing garbage bags, dusting and wiping furniture, shelves and furnishings;
-washing, cleaning, disinfecting doors, handles;
-cleaning and disinfecting tiles in sinks, toilets, cleaning pipes, heating elements;
-stairs...
