Description:
Business Framework Agreement The Ordering of Certain Printing and Construction Services of the Active Hungary Development Center Nonprofit Limited Liability Company, within the framework of a framework agreement for 36 months. Contracting Authority is entitled to one time up to 11 months Extend the 36-month effect of the contract if the amount is not 100 %drawn up for the framework agreement until the end of its original effect. The contracting authority shall be required to extend the contract at the latest 30 days prior to the act of the original contract to indicate in writing. If the contracting authority does not use the possibility of extending the contract, the contract shall terminate, regardless of the expiry of 36 months, whether the amount has not been drawn 100 %. The service includes the public procurement document technical description and the printing work, raw materials, professional packaging of the finished products and transport to the location specified in the individual order.
