Description:
"Procurement of advertising souvenirs within the framework of a dynamic procurement system for Pannon University (1557)". On the basis of § 76, paragraph (2), point a) of the DBR, in the bidding phase of the DBR, the evaluation criteria of the bids is the selection of the bid with the lowest price.
The argument of the DBR defined aboveat any time during its existence, any economic operator (applicant to participate) may apply to be included in the system who meets the eligibility requirements, does not fall under the scope of disqualifying reasons and has submitted an application in accordance with the public procurement documentsfood application. The conditions for inclusion in the DBR are therefore the submission of the application for participation specified in the public procurement documents, proof of compliance with the eligibility requirements, and the non-existence of the prescribed exclusionary reasons.
