Description:
Procurement of various types of concrete within the framework of a framework purchase agreement.

Within the framework of the framework purchase agreement, for the execution of construction works of various road construction concrete foundations and bus stops with basalt concrete pavement, for the implementation of large-surface road pavement restoration works, andthe concrete products required to carry out the maintenance, maintenance and renovation works within the public service contract are ordered. The framework amount of the framework contract: HUF 80,000,000 net. The actual quantity to be ordered cannot be precisely determined in advance. Tenderer for the frame sumg undertakes a drawdown obligation for 90%.

Total estimated quantity during the duration of the framework contract is 1700 m3.

-The Bidder/Seller verifies the quantity and quality of the ordered material with a delivery note and declaration of conformity regarding the ordered concrete purchased from the mixing plant.
-If the Bidder/Seller delivers the ordered concrete productst, the means of transport of the Bidder/Seller must have a valid entry permit for the Budapest area.
-The Orderer submits the concrete order and the demand for the concrete pump by phone and e-mail to the dispatch service of the Bidder/Seller 24 hours before the start of the work.
