Description:
Procurement of various truck parts on the basis of general purchase agreements up to a net total of HUF 180,000,000. Based on the needs arising during the contract period, the contracting authority is entitled to place ad hoc orders up to the limit of the framework amount.the product characteristics indicated in the food must always be understood as the equivalent product. The contracting authority has indicated these designations, brand names and type designations solely for the purpose of clarifying the quality and technical parameters, for the purpose of information, and as a guidelinel.
The offeror accepts an offer containing a product corresponding to the specified values or with equivalent parameters as a valid offer, if the deviation does not mean a change in the use or usability of the product.
Equivalence is provided to the bidderto prove equivalence, it is the responsibility and obligation of the contracting authority.
The specification of the parts to be procured is included in the documentation.
