Framework sales contract for the supply and purchase of raw materials required for the retreading of used tires of buses operated by the contracting authority up to a total of HUF 350,000,000 net framework sum.
Procurement of raw materials for rubber treading
Tenderer in his own operation wishes to enter into a contract for the supply and purchase of raw materials necessary for the retreading of the used tires of buses in the framework of a framework purchase agreement up to a total of HUF 350,000,000. The tenderer undertakes to draw 50% of the budget (i.e. HUF 175,000,000 net) obligation. Based on the requirements of the tenderer, the quantity calculated for the duration of the contract was specified item by item in the additional public procurement documents. The calculated quantity data (planned quantity in total: 10,712 pcs; 24,522 kg) as assistance for the tenderer's pricing and have been determined for the sake of comparability of the offers, the Bidder does not undertake to call for the approximate quantity calculated for each item, the winning bidder is obliged to fulfill the contract in accordance with the Bidder's case-by-case orders.
