- Provision of public catering services for Kistelek City Municipality. The average number of people served on a daily basis: Primary School: 425 people, Employee meals: 21 people, Regarding the given figures, the actual numbers may differ by +/- 15%. The successful tenderer is responsible for the service providers provision of normal and dietary meals in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, by operating the kitchen and serving kitchen owned by the Bidder (on the basis of a lease agreement), providing an emergency kitchen in the event of temporary impossibility of the kitchen's operation, the resulting the daily removal and disposal of biodegradable kitchen and food waste, the provision of all the equipment and tools necessary for operation, the procurement of raw materials, the cooking of meals, the delivery of snacks, lunches and snacks to the delivery locations, the preparation in the serving kitchen, washing dirty utensils, cleaning kitchens, ensuring property protection.
