Description:
Mixed purchase agreement with lease for the purchase of medical gases in 2 parts, as well as the lease of tanks and bottles for the Szent Damjan Greek Catholic Hospital.
Purchase of medical gases I.
Quantity: Purchase of liquid medical oxygen, related to this, the lease of tanks, purchase of medical gasesand in connection with this, the lease of cylinders for the 36-month duration of the contract, detailed as follows:
Purchase of liquid medical oxygen and the related lease of tanks:
- Liquid medical oxygen: 300,000 m3
- Tank lease (6 m3): 2
Proposer's expectation 2 each 6m3installation and maintenance of liquid oxygen tank and evaporation unit during the contract period.
Additional tasks, the costs of which we ask you to show in the tank lease:
preparation of construction authorization plan documentation, delivery, crane, installation, assembly systemz fitting (installation of pipelines, fittings for the connections)
conducting the official establishment permit, commissioning procedure
conducting the official pressure test
trial operation: 3 days
holding user training: 4 hours, 10 people
Purchasing medical gases and related cylindersrlete:
- Medical gas cylinders in total: 3735.0 kg and 736.5 m3 of different types and packaging
- Cylinder pass: 33 medical gas cylinder passes with combi valves and 44 medical gas cylinders with conventional valves .
