Description:
Purchase of medical gases in the framework of a forward sale and purchase contract mixed with a lease as follows: Part 1: liquid oxygen in 1 batch of 330,000 m3, with tank installation at the Kaposvar and Mosdos sites (distribution in order of magnitude: Kaposvar: 85%, Mosdos: 15%); Part 2: bottled medical gas 11 in lots, a total of 1,600 m3, 889 pieces and 4,100 kg, with a bottle pass to the Kaposvar location; Part 3: liquid oxygen in 1 batch of 30,000 m3, with tank installation for Szaplonczay Mano Marcali Hospital; Part 4: bottled medical gas in 7 batches, total 12 m3, 930 kg and 48 pieces in quantity, with a bottle pass for Szaplonczay Mano Marcali Hospital; Part 5: special gas in bottles (with a special composition for intoxicating patients: 50% medical oxygen, 50% medical nitrous oxide anesthetic gas) in 1 lot, 36,000 liters of gas charge, as well as the associated bottle carrier and holding cart 2 pcs., Demand (dispensing) valve 2 pcs., spout with filter 180 pcs., children's face mask 30 pcs., child/small adult mask 30 pcs., filter for face mask 120 pcs., with bottle pass, to the Kaposvar site. The above quantities cover the Bidder's 12-month needs. Tenderer for the given part is entitled to unilaterally enforce a quantity deviation of -30% for specified quantities (per product) during the term of the contract. If, as a result of the quantity discrepancy, the value of the indicated quantity is not a whole number, rounding is general rule...
