Creation of a dynamic procurement system, the subject of which is "Healthcare consumablesprocurement within the framework of a dynamic procurement system for the University of Szeged"
The Tenderer describes in the Public Procurement Documents the product categories and their characteristics, the implementation of which DBR intends to create. During the implementation of the DBR, the tenderer is the Kbt. Paragraph (2) of § 107shall make available to Bidders participating in the DBR the exact technical description and contractual conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent.
Product categories and estimated quantities defined in the DBRduring the period of the DBR, with the fact that the following estimated quantities were recorded for informational purposes only, based on the experience of the previous years, from which the Bidder was informed by the Kbt. On the basis of § 107, paragraph (2), during the duration of the DBR, the following can be adapted to the needs of patient care:
