Description:
Framework delivery contract for the supply of food ingredients for the Economic Organization of the Budgetary Institutions of the City of Kiskunhalas, for 12 months, with partial bidding, in relation to the following parts: - Part 1: Dairy products - Part 2: Fresh vegetables, fruit - Part 3: Mirelit foods - Part 4: Meat products - Part 5: Dry pasta - Part 6: Poultry parts - Part 7: Pork and beef parts - Part 8: Bakery products - Part 9: Herbs
Expected quantity for 12 months: 49,400 units; 6,730 kg; 29,902 liters; 1,500 boxes; 700 pcs. +/- 15% deviation from the specified quantity is possible during the contract period. The detailed specification for each product and the expected quantity data are contained in the excel table called "Offer table", which can be downloaded in the EKR from the "Offer documentation" main menu "To be submitted list of documents" sub-menu. The tenderer provided the quantity data in the table in order to compare the tenders, the settlement (invoicing) is based on the types and quantities of food actually ordered/received during the scope of the contract, specified by the winning tenderer based on unit prices.
