Description:
Sales contract for the purchase of kitchen appliances, Furniture, group room accessories, Kindergarten toys, Textiles and other equipment within the framework of the tender with the identification number RRF-1.1.2-21-2022-00014.
Regarding all parts:
The purchase price (contract price) includes contractall costs and consideration necessary for such performance, the consideration for any transfer of rights, therefore the Bidder is not entitled to charge additional consideration under any other legal title, and may not claim reimbursement of additional costs under any legal title.
Only new products, used equipment, materials can be offeredand consumables, spare parts, remanufactured, refurbished or other equivalently produced products cannot be included in the offer. An offer containing such an offer is declared invalid by the contracting authority. In the offer, the proposed device/product must be specifically named (e.g. description, type,name, number, manufacturer, origin, etc. with a specific name, designation). Any offer that does not fully or partially meet the Bidder's requirements is invalid without any further investigation. In the case of custom-made products - where this regulation cannot be interpreted - please indicateIn the list of equipment, it must be stated that "individual production".
The tenderer must attach to his offer the unpriced price and equipment list (Technical price table), which is part of the public procurement documents, priced for all items, signed as a company, and in xls format to facilitate the evaluation...
