Description:
Procurement of general-use electricity for the Kőbanya Municipality and its institutions, as well as its business associations, of Budapest Capital District X. 01.01.2026. 00:00 CET- 31.12.2026. 24:00 CET in the framework of a full supply-based electricity trade contract 2,933,060 in kWh quantity (base quantity or contracted quantity), with 772 places of use. From the basic quantity + max. 30% quantity deviation is possible. Details in other public procurement documents. A + max. 30% quantity difference at the same offer price and conditions as the basic quantity, the tenderer is obliged to provide it free of charge. To order/call an additional quantity in addition to the basic quantity, or the max. The contracting authority undertakes no obligation to order/call the entire quantity of a 30% deviation. Available for order/call of quantity variance deadline is the same as the deadline available for drawing the basic quantity. If the basic quantity has been drawn, then the quantity above the basic quantity - with a unilateral legal declaration - will be ordered/drawn at the expense of the quantity deviation.
