Description:
Sale of electricity to the contracting authority within the framework of the Dynamic Procurement System following the establishment of the Dynamic Procurement System on 31.12.2024. For the period 23:59:59 CET, a total of 2.6 Gwh of electricity in the framework of a full supply-based electricity trade contractfor the purpose of purchasing energy. The contracting authority is entitled to exercise a maximum 15% quantity option free of charge. The number of places of consumption is 139. Tenderer during the implementation of the DBR (DBR second part) of the Kbt. Pursuant to Section 107 (2), it applies to specific procurements to be implemented in the systemaccurate technical description, quantities and contract terms are made available to Bidders admitted to the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender sent out in the second part of the DBR is sent.
