Description:
Purchase of electricity within the framework of a full supply-based electricity purchase agreement.
The amount of the purchase (contracted amount) in total (SZM): 1,630,450 kWh/year.
The tenderer does not provide daily, weekly, or monthly demand reports, only annual demand.
Quantity is about electricityLXXXVI of 2007 according to the actual consumption measured on the basis of § 44 of the Act.
The Merchant is obliged to supply the new places of use for the User during the supply period at the expense of the TOP band.
TOP band: From the SZM, the Bidder (User) 75 % (under-purchase limit), 125 %(examination limit) may differ without penalty. From the point of view of consumption tolerance, the amount of contracted electricity of the points of use (PODs) must be managed together.the amount between 75% of the energy fee is required to be paid.
Overtake surcharge: in case of overtake, the User is obliged to pay the amount of electricity above the overtake limit at 125% of the energy fee.
