- Creation of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR) for the supply of chemicals used for the purification and treatment of drinking water to the tenderers.
The estimated quantity of the chemicals planned to be procured: 7726655 kg.
The typical duration based on a bidding phase is a quarter, half a year or eyr. Procurement for a period shorter or longer than one year is also possible depending on the current operational needs. On the basis of ยง 32. Paragraphs (1)-(2), it was designated as a central purchasing body by the following tenderers:
ALFOeLDVIZ Regionalis Vizikoezmลฑ-szolgaltato Zrt., Transdanubia Regionalis Vizmลฑ Zrt., DMRV Duna Menti Regionalis Vizmลฑ Zrt., Eszakdunantuli Vizmลฑ Zrt., Tiszamenti Regionalis Vizmลฑvez Zrt.
ERV Zrt. brings DBR to meet the procurement needs of the above-listed contracting companies created. The DBR is defined in f. aboveother than the listed contracting organizations may not use it.
The contracting authority may, in justified cases, implement public procurement requests - taking into account the places of delivery and chemicals - by means of separate calls for tenders for each company, within the framework of which only specified chemicalschemicals can also be procured, i.e. the AK is not obliged to procure all the chemicals specified in the DBR through a call for tenders.
