Description:
National Cardiovascular Laboratory with identification number RRF-2.3.1-21-2022-00003. within the framework of the project, a purchase and sale framework agreement for Semmelweis University for the purchase of consumables, reagents, experimental animals in 33 parts, until the framework amount is exhausted, but no later than 28/02/2026.
The signen procedure of the Code of Civil Procedure Section 105 (2) It is aimed at concluding a framework agreement to be concluded with several bidders according to point a). The bidder shall enter into a framework agreement with a maximum of 3 bidders who submitted the most favorable valid bids per part.
The procedure II. directly to the implementation of public procurementIt takes place by n order. The bidder sends an order to the bidder offering the lowest price within the parts, individually for each item. If the tenderer is unable to fulfill the given order - based on his feedback - due to lack of stock or other reasons, the tenderer willinvites the following tenderer to perform.
