Description:
In connection with this public procurement procedure, the Bidder wishes to order a cleaning service for its own property (1117 Budapest, Magyar tudosok koerutja. 2.), a 2-level underground garage, a 6-story building with a floor area of only 29,783 m2 and the surrounding yard.to implement. Cleaning of the building with an area of 18,305.1 m2, consisting of offices, wet rooms, laboratories and corridors, as specified in the documentation, twice a week on working days. When concluding a contract, the Service Provider must submit a cleaning schedule, which includescleaning tasks, broken down by area and by working day). As well as the continuous supply of the building with hygiene materials (toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap, garbage bags, etc.), taking into account a total of approximately 600 employees and a 40-hour work week.i need 1 permanent staff on site for 8 (eight) hours a day to perform the cleaning tasks on duty, and 1 person for 4 (four) hours a day to perform the cleaning tasks of the underground garage. Approximately 7,388 m2 parking level and 4,500 m2 operating (technical) area. The daily and every other dayTo perform the tasks to be performed, the service provider provides a minimum of 10 cleaning workers for 4 (four) hours a day, as well as 1 dedicated area manager during the cleaning period.
