Description:
Acquisition of peritoneal dialysis (PD) solutions and equipment within the framework of a sales and purchase agreement. The subject of the framework contracts is continuous ambulance peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) and so-called it consists of the purchase of dialysis solutions and equipment required for performing automatic peritoneal dialysis (APD).
The frame authorThe dialysis solutions delivered under the agreement and the corresponding equipment must currently ensure the continuous and uninterrupted performance of continuous ambulance peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) of 9 patients and automatic peritoneal dialysis (APD) of 13 patients during the duration of the contract.
Frame amounts: total net HUF 84,577,067.
I. part: PD devices: 13,000,562, - HUF
II. part: PD page number: 71.576.505, - HUF
Bidder (per part) undertakes to draw 90% of the above-mentioned limit amounts, the Bidder is entitled to the remaining amount for the duration of the contract, butis not obliged to call. If the amount representing 90% of the budget is not a whole number, the Bidder shall always round up. The Winning Bidder may not make any claims for compensation or other claims due to the loss of income resulting from incomplete fulfillment of the contract. Winning Bidderyou must make your offer in the knowledge of this condition. Funds are drawn on the basis of individual orders according to the provisions of the draft contract.
