Sale and purchase contracts for the purchase of equipment related to the construction of the Huszaros playground in the area of Rudolf's cavalry barracks in Kecskemet under the identification number TOP-6.3.1-15-KE1-2016-00001, entitled "Architectural and public space development of the Rudolf garden, in synergy with the city's economically sustainable objectiveswithin the framework of the project.

25. The bidder is obliged to attach the product description, which is part of the KD, in its bid, filled out and signed in a corporate manner. The bidder must indicate the name of the offered product in the device listand type, as well as the description of the offered product in such detail that it can be matched with the product description defined by the Bidder, and the name of the product manufacturer and country of origin must also be indicated.
