Description:
Budapest, III. District, in the administrative area of Obuda-Bekasmegyer, maintenance of alleyways, plant and tree protection work, nutrient replacement and grassland and plant maintenance and care tasks on the basis of a framework contract. The contracting authority records for all parts that the contract under the contract 70%of the amount assumes the obligation to draw up, with particular attention to the fact that Budapest III. district, Obuda-Bekasmegyer Municipal Council of 187/2025. (VI.26) on the performance of some municipal operation public tasks from 1 January 2026 to Obuda Asset Management Nonprofit Ltd. (Protection). The Protector shall carry out certain tasks with its own employees in this framework of this public procurement and enter into a contract to be concluded from the date of receipt of the planned tasks, from the date of receipt as a customer in the Civil Code. 6: 208. (1) to (11) and the Kbt. Section 139 (3).
Plant and Wood Health Work - in the southern part of Obuda
Under the entrepreneurial framework contract, the contracting authority shall be set out in Budapest III. Maintaining alleyways to be implemented in the southern part of the district, plant and the execution of wood protection work, nutrient replacement work. The amount of the framework contract is net 200,000,000, - HUF.
