Description:
In the framework of the public procurement procedure, personal protective equipment and service for military radiation measuring instruments will be procured in the following 3 parts, as a result of which framework business contracts will be concluded with the winning bidders.
1. Part: Refers to personal protective equipment for breathingservices
2. part: Services related to gas protective clothing
3. part: Services related to instruments intended for military use for the detection of radioactive substances and munitions
For more information about the subject of the public procurement in the case of individual parts, the offerpoints BT-24, II.2.4) of call i, as well as the Public Procurement Documents (hereinafter: KD), especially the technical descriptions forming its annexes and the draft contract.up to a net amount of HUF 1,160,000,000.
This public procurement refers to the servicing, maintenance and repair of personal protective equipment for respiratory protection to be carried out within the framework of a continuous 24-12-month enterprise framework contract.
Ordering at least 70% of the budget(net 812,000,000 HUF) undertakes to draw down (issuance of an ad hoc order). With regard to the remaining 30% of the total amount, the Customer undertakes no obligation to place an order, and the Contractor cannot claim this amount from the Customer due to the non-availability of occasional orders....
