Description:
Performance of auditor duties for MFB Zrt. in relation to the 2024 business year, within the framework of an assignment contract.
1. In accordance with the provisions of the relevant Hungarian accounting law, the individual annual report of the Bank prepared in accordance with IFRS for the business year ending on December 31, 2024, businessaudit of its report and the issuance of an auditor's report on it, which also includes an examination of the uniform electronic reporting format (hereinafter: ESEF) developed by the European Securities Market Authority (ESMA). Real assessment of the Bank's accounting policiesi, revision of the collateral evaluation, deal rating, impairment and provisioning regulations, their amendments and the issuance of an auditor's report on them.
2. The relevant consolidated financial statement of the Bank prepared in accordance with IFRS for the business year ending 31 December 2024audit of its accounts, consolidated business report and issuing an auditor's report on it, which also includes an examination of the uniform electronic reporting format (hereinafter: ESEF) developed by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). It is consolidatedfinancial statements also mean a combined (consolidated) annual report prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Accounting Act.
3. Preparation of the Bank's Special Auditor's Report for the year 2024 in accordance with CCXXXVII of 2013 on credit institutions and financial enterprises. law (...
