Part 1: Purchase of Payment gateway (payment gateway) service
Part 2: VPOS terminals - Main service
Part 3: VPOS terminals - Back-up service
* Continuation of field BT-300:
28. Contractingdue to the nature of the services that are the subject of each public procurement part (part 2 VPOS terminals - Main service, part 3 VPOS terminals - Back-up service) as follows, limits the maximum number of parts or subgroups that the same tenderer can declare with a combinationto the winner after the final tender:
- In case of tendering for one part in any public procurement section; the 2.and cannot be declared the winner in the 3rd public procurement part) If the bid is made for the 2nd and 3rd public procurement parts, with regard to these two parts, the Procuring Entity sets up the evaluation sequence first in the 2nd public procurement part, and secondly in the 3rd public procurement partorder of purchase. If, based on the evaluation order of the 3rd public procurement part, the first-ranked bidder is the same as the first-ranked bidder in the 2nd public procurement part, the Bidder shall accept the offer of the first-ranked bidder in the 3rd public procurement part with the value...
