Description:
On the basis of a joint venture contract with a lease, the continuous provision of public catering for inpatients and staff of the contracting hospital - including 43/2014.(VIII.19.) EMMI. Decree No. 2 the provision of care specified by under number 11 of the Annex - as well as that of the canteensafe removal of food waste generated during Average daily number of patients:
non-paying patients: 430 people/day - informative data
paying patients (above the non-paying daily patient number): 13 people/day - informative data
2. Daily average for employee lunches:
150 people/day - informative data
3. Kitchen capacity: 1000 servings/day.
4. The expected ratio of normal (including light mixed meals) and diet meals: 47 - 53 % in relation to the daily patient population of non-paying patients.
5. The daily number of paying patients is vonthe winning tenderer does not have to count on diet catering in view of the a la carte menu included in the Technical Description.
6. With regard to the number of food days to be fulfilled per year at the tenderer (counting non-paying patients and paying patients together): 161,695 food days/12 months
7. The winning Bidder is entitled to cook for the employees in the Bidder's kitchen, and must pay a rent of HUF 2,000,000/month to the Bidder for the use of the kitchen.
8. The kitchen can be used for "external" orders in addition to hospital patient food and employee food....
