Description:
The Bidder's task is to provide the integrated, complex sub-tasks of the administration of the parking operation and certain user processes presented in this document to support the various tasks performed by the Bidder detailed in the Technical Description (hereinafter: ML)provision of an efficient, Hungarian-language administration IT system (hereinafter: System). Part of the System is software enabling the complex task system of street inspections and surcharge determinations to be carried out, which can handle valid waiting permits and surcharges are paidit also provides tasks related to its payment or collection in the claims management procedure, as well as a mobile phone application running on iOS and Android operating systems and a web interface for users. The tenderer's task is to provide completeex parking administration, control and operation IT system delivery, installation, maintenance, operation, i.e. full-scale operation and automated updating of the individual software elements, as well as training of the program for the employees of the Bidder.
