Description:
The Bidder's task is to provide the integrated, complex sub-tasks of the administration of the parking operation and some user processes presented in this document in support of the various tasks performed by the Bidder detailed in the Technical Description (hereinafter: ML)provision of an efficient, Hungarian-language administration IT system (hereinafter: System). Part of the System is the software enabling the complex task system of street inspections and surcharge determinations to be carried out, which can handle valid waiting permits and the surcharges are paidIt also provides tasks related to processing or collection in the claims management procedure, as well as a mobile phone application running on iOS and Android operating systems and a Customer Window interface for users. The tenderer's duties are in accordance with the requirements set out in the MLthe provision of a complex parking administration, control and operation IT system, the installation, maintenance, operation, i.e. full-scale operation and automated updating of the individual software elements, as well as the training of the program for the employees of the Bidder
The tenderer's task is also to ensure troubleshooting, legislative and other changes, development frameworks as defined in ML.
