Description:
Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of office buildings, real estate and other service buildings (concierge, transformer station, IT rooms, etc.) in the city of Paks, and in the future, during the term of the - Framework Agreement (FPA) - will be managed by the Company's facility managementprovision of cleaning and custodial services to be provided in buildings and premises Approx. On the basis of a KM concluded with a tenderer according to point §105(1)(a).during its current scope, an area of 2,906 m2 is expected to be expanded, so the scope of the KM covers a total area of 8,893 m2.
Locations:
1. Danko Pista street location, 7030 Paks, Danko Pista u. 1. Area to be cleaned: 1,832.8 m2; The number of employees that can be accommodated at the site: max. 120 people. Duties: day, daily, monthly,quarterly, occasional cleaning; custodianship.
2. Power Plant Investment Center Office building (EBK) (including locomotive shed and port building) 7030 Paks, operating area, hrs. no.: 8803/16. Area to be cleaned: 3952 m2; The number of employees that can be accommodated at the site: max. 276 people. Duties: daily, daily, monthly, quarterly, ad hoc cleaningtation; custodianship.
3.Dozsa Gyoergy ut site IT premises, 7030 Paks, Dozsa Gyoergy ut 30-32. (basement): Area to be cleaned: 129 m2 (IT rooms) Duties: monthly, occasional cleaning.
