- Procurement of other equipment, sets, and special catheters within the framework of purchase and sale framework agreements for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months. The contracts are valid until the limit quantity is exhausted - for the 22 (twenty-two) parts, a total of 33,285 units (total limit quantity) - but no more than 36 (thirty-six) monthsare created for a period of time.
The Tenderer undertakes to draw 50 (fifty) % of the total quantity per part, (the amount of the drawdown was determined by the Tenderer taking into account the pace and quantity of the equipment required for patient care - based on the experience of previous contracts
Regarding the 50% withdrawal obligation, the Tenderer uses the following justification:
The single-use devices that are the subject of the purchase are used by the Tenderer in patient care. Even during elective (planned) interventions, and in acute on-call care, you absolutely cannotthe Bidder, specifically what types of interventions will be performed on which patients with physical and anatomical characteristics during the contract period; for this reason, he can only estimate the number of required materials per type with a high uncertainty factor.
Regarding all parts:
Ajanduring the fulfillment of the contract, the customer requests to provide the products with consignment placement for all parts (with a maximum of 50% of the annual quantity determined for each part).
