Description:
Papai Platan Nonprofit Limited Liability Company (Authorized contracting authority) CXLIII of 2015 on public procurement. Act (hereinafter: Kbt.) Section 29 (2), the Papai Sport Nonprofit Limited Liability Company, the Papai City Development Nonprofit Limited Liability Company In the name and benefit of the Company and the Papai Thermal Water Utilization Private Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as: Joint Bidders) and acting for its own benefit, it conducts a public procurement procedure regarding the ordering of cleaning services, as specified in the public procurement documents according to conditions. The tenderer draws the tenderers' attention to the fact that, among the joint tenderers, Papai Sport Nonprofit Kft. and Papai Varosfejszalt Nonprofit Kft. will be terminated as of January 1, 2026 due to the organizational restructuring, and will be merged into Papai Platan Nonprofit Kft., whose its name will be changed to Papai Varosoezemeltetesi es Koezszolgaltato Nonprofit Kft. As a result of the merger, all the rights and obligations of the terminating tenderers arising from the contract concluded within the framework of this public procurement procedure - including in particular the rights arising from the contract, payment and fulfillment obligations - Papai Platan Nonprofit Kft. (or Papai Varosuezemeltesi es Koezszolgaltato Nonprofit Kft.) exercises and fulfills them as legal successor tenderer.
