The Villa is owned by Budapest Capital City VI. district Terezvaros Municipality uses it for social holidays, guests wishing to stay here have the opportunity to apply through a municipal tender. Among the applicants, the Municipalityyzat's Social Department decides the guests.
Budapest Capital VI. district Terezvaros Municipality acts on behalf of and on behalf of the property owner Terezvarosi VagyonkezelΕ Nonprofit Zrt.ok (3 months),
β’during these 3 months, the resort can only and exclusively operate during operation,
β’during this season the Villa receives guests.
OUT OF HIGH SEASON:
β’March, April, May, and September, October months ( only 5 months), operation is possible during these 5 monthss and also the guardianship, since during this period the tenderer must undertake to switch from guardianship to operation within 30 days upon the request of the Tenderer
β’guests can only be received during this period if the winning bidder must switch to operation following the Tenderer's notices to the bidder
OFF SEASON:
β’November, December, January, February (4 months),
β’in these 4 months there is definitely only custodial business in the resort without receiving guests
Operational tasks:
β’cleaning tasks on a daily basis
