Dunakeszi IV. Bela Gimnazium and the VSZC Lanyi Ferenc Vocational Training School performing complex facility management tasks for a period of 36 months.
By complex facility management, the Bidder means the performance of the following tasks:
During facility management, the following tasks must be performedni:
1.Full-scale technical operation, preventive maintenance tasks and 24-hour concierge service.
2.Cleaning of the building.
3.Ad hoc repair, renovation and conservation works.
4.Horticultural park maintenance works.
The floor area of the affected building is 29,181 m2 .

Operation of educational facilities
The Dunakeszi IV. Bela High School and the VSZC Lanyi Ferenc Vocational School performing complex facility management tasks for a period of 36 months.
During facility management, theIt is necessary to perform the following tasks:
1. Full range of technical operation and preventive maintenance tasks 0-24 hour (architect, mechanic, electrician) troubleshooting, as well as provision of facility operation online error reporting and service evaluation software and 24-hour concierge service.
2.eny cleaning.
3.Ad hoc repair, renovation and conservation works.
4.Gardening and park maintenance works.
The floor area of the affected buildings is 29,181 m2.
The total size of the glass surfaces is 3,381.29 m2, of which the size of the surface accessible by alpine technology is 796.56 m2.
