At least 200 people, at most 350 people simultaneous users and at least 42 pieces of budgetorganization (back office) and at least 17,000 main customers (front office), operation, professional support, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Polisz Complex Integrated Management and Management System.complies with the requirements and expectations of management legislation (financial, accounting, analytical, public catering tasks, service of social care records, control system, full-scale labor and salary management) and integrated managementeli the internal regulations of the institutions. The system automatically supports budget planning and reporting, manages the relationship with the Hungarian State Treasury, and produces all the reports, data provision, and statements required of budgetary institutions. The system provides the inthe implementation of the rules for the management, accounting and distribution of various sources of funds (e.g. grants, tenders, residuals). With the help of the system, the requirements regarding responsibility, up-to-dateness and quality can be enforced.
