- Carrying out the operational tasks necessary to ensure the heat energy needs of Semmelweis University, carrying out maintenance and troubleshooting activities, carrying out the necessary repairs discovered and arising during operation, the heat generation and heat distribution systems of properties under the University's asset management(boilers, heat centers) continuous and safe operation that satisfies the expected usability, safe operation of consumer gas pipeline networks. The Bidder provides the energy required for performance free of charge to the winning bidder. The winning bidderit is also tasked with operating remote monitoring systems and continuously recording energy consumption.
