- Framework contract for the purchase of medicinal solutions for dialysis in 3 sub-tender rounds, for a period of 24 months, as detailed in the public procurement Technical Description.
The identification number assigned to the procedure by the Tenderer: 5/Ny/2023/SZAKK
1. partial offer round: BALANCE peritoneal dplanned 8,956 units of ializing solution, net HUF 31,850,000 5% VAT, i.e. HUF 33,442,500 gross.
2. sub-offer round: CAPD/DPCA peritoneal dialysis solution planned for 38,120 units, net HUF 99,300,000 5% VAT, i.e. gross up to the frame amount of HUF 104,265,000.
3. partial offerround: Extraneal peritoneal dialysis solution planned for 770 units, HUF 2,850,000 net, 5% VAT, i.e. HUF 2,992,500 gross.
The above budget includes a 100% option, regarding the special rules for the public procurement of medicines and medical devices 16/2012. (II. 16.) Govt. rin accordance with Section 6 (2) of the Decree.
