The subject of public procurement is the procurement of an integrated corporate governance system for the contracting authority, preparation and support for use, and obtaining related licenses in the framework of a business contract.
To obtain an integrated corporate governance system
The subject of public procurement is integrated for the customer Purchasing, preparation and support of the use of a corporate governance system (hereinafter: IVR) as follows: Contracting Authority Budapest VII. District Erzsebetvaros Municipal Economic Society and Operations Currently SAP-Andoc Integrated Software Solved with the environment. The purpose of this procurement is to introduce IVR to provide integrated economic modules and related services supporting the main activities of the contracting authority according to the technical description. Main technical requirements for IVR:-To the IVR You must integrate the following activities: accounting /accounting, finance, claim management, billing, wage and work, asset management, controlling, management information modules, high-level tasks. - IVR should provide and integrate to support this contract The functional requirements specified in the technical description of the technical description. Contracting Authority implements IVR development in 2 phases/phase: - Phase 1: Accounting/accounting - Finance - Claim management - Billing - Wage and Labor - Asset Management - Controlling - Management Information Modules ....
