Building electricity, building automation:
Tasks related to the renovation of the Campus dormitory:
- electricity supply for newly installed machines and equipment, installation of new electrical distribution boards,
- buildingconstruction of a process control system that ensures fully automatic operation of mechanical equipment,
- renovation of the building electrical system of the heat center rooms to be converted (light fixtures, electrical fittings) in accordance with the function of the rooms.
The building has an electrical connectionfrom the university's 0.4kV user network, the connection power of which is sufficient to supply electricity to the new building engineering equipment. The design limit is the first current connection of the ground cable feed cable in the existing electric distribution cabinet in the large heating center.
Central heating/hheating:
Currently, the entire heating water is circulated with 1 central high-performance pump. According to the plan, this pump and the backup pump will be decommissioned, and independent circulation pumps supplying individual buildings and building complexes will be installed instead.
