Description:
The contracting authority plans to purchase journals not issued in Hungary by a framework contract for 1 ECV. In the case of a framework contract to be concluded, the contracting authority may obtain 127 magazines (131 titles) magazines/magazine packages up to HUF 60.815. The Contracting Authority states that 70 %of the amounts indicated for each bid will take up to 70 %during the framework contract. The successful tenderer must inform the contracting authority by continuously completing an online document shared by the contracting authority Magazines ─ the dates of his or her orders to publishers, ─ the possible termination of journals, the periodicity of the journals, the format of the actual subscription periods of each journal. Contracting Authority's staff also through the same document They indicate the receipt of printed journals, the access to online journals, and indicate their complaints in the event of failure. This document will also serve as the basis for pre -billing certificates. More details in the technical description.
