Description:
Framework sales agreement with the National Cardiovascular Laboratory with identification number RRF-2.3.1-21-2022-00003. within the framework of the project, for the purchase of specified reagents, consumables and accessories for the Heart and Vascular Clinic in Varosmajor until the budget is exhausted (net HUF 683,133,059)or for a fixed period of time until the end of the project, 02/28/2026.
Regarding all parts:
The subject of the public procurement procedure is the sale and purchase of a total of 81 (eighty-one) items in fifteen procedural parts. The quantity affected by the direct order is determined by the amount available per part mis determined by its value. If a part consists of several items, an offer must be made for each item. It is aimed at the conclusion of the framework agreement(s) to be concluded with a tenderer according to § 105, paragraph (1), point a). For ad hoc orders, it is in the form of a direct orderline according to the conditions specified in the framework agreement.
The implementation of the public procurement takes place in the second part of the framework agreement procedure, based on the unit prices fixed in the winning bid, by means of a direct order (individual contract) in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure. Section 105 (1) According to point a).
Procurementobligation appears only during direct ordering based on the framework agreement, and the quantities actually ordered are included in the direct orders.
