Public procurement procedure on "Enterprise contract for expert support for the implementation of horizontal obligations serving the EU's Cohesion Policy and for providing expert support related to strategic environmental assessment" Part 1: HORIZONTAL EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS EXPERTS SUPPORT Part 2: EXPERT SUPPORT OF STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SEA) The precise and detailed task description and quantities can be found in II.2.4 of the notice. as well as the technical description issued as part of the public procurement documents.
The purpose of the procurement is horizontal for the period 2021-2027 the use of expert assistance necessary to meet your expectations. It is the responsibility of the member states to develop and ensure compliance with the following horizontal requirements, so the use of expert consulting services is necessary for the efficient performance of these additional tasks.
