On the basis of a government decree, a design contract for the preparation of licensing and design documentation for the new multi-functional and sports hall in Koermend, 9900 Koerme, owned by Koermend Municipalitynd, Rakoczi utca 1566/3 on property no.
Main design tasks:
- design of a sports hall and training center, as well as a reception building;
- design of the permit and construction plan documentation based on the approval plan documentation, conducting all permit procedures, obtaining permits;
- BIM Level 3 model creation according to LOD (Level of Development) 300 level of detail. Delivery of an IFC model corresponding to a milestone;
- Participation in the public procurement procedure to be conducted in connection with the implementation of the investment.is included in the Public Procurement Documents.
