Description:
Natural gas procurement for 2023-2025. for gas years. Delivery of natural gas within the framework of a natural gas sales contract for full supply.
The annual contracted quantity (SZM) is given in units of kWh.
The purchase quantity (SZM) is for the 2023-2024. for gas year: 4,237,036 kWh/year.
The purchase quantity (SZM) in 2024-2025. for a gas year: 4,237,036 kWh/year.
The User does not provide daily, weekly, or monthly usage reports, he only provides annual natural gas demand.
The Merchant is obliged to supply new consumption places for the User during the supply period at the expense of the TOP band.
TOP band: from the contracted quantity to thethe contracting authority may deviate up to -25% (underbid limit), 25% (overbid limit) without penalty. From the point of view of consumption tolerance, the annual contracted amount of natural gas of the points of use (PODs) must be managed together.the amount between the amount normally used and the under-purchase limit must be paid at 75% of the gas fee.XL of 08.
